Inspired Planning. Stylized Design.

Why should I hire WED?

Weddings in today’s society are more intricate and expensive than couples anticipate. WED can be your complete guide to hiring the perfect vendors for your event, negotiating rates that stay within your budget, creating a classical, inspired look for your event, and allowing you to relax and enjoy the entire process.

Is it expensive to hire WED?

WED has a number of contract options that make it affordable for any couple to work with us. Whether you only need WED to handle the wedding weekend or the entire event, we can customize a plan to fit your needs.

Can WED advise on Etiquette issues?

Our professional staff works with all denominations and faith groups and will consult with you on all proper protocol for your select event. WED can also advise on both traditional and modern wedding etiquette and protocol.

What kind of written agreement is signed by both parties?

Once the Bride and Groom and/or Mother and Father have met with the event planner and have decided to work with the professional staff at WED a customized contract is drafted. It is important for the contract to be one of the first documents discussed and signed in order to highlight a clear goal of what is to be expected and accomplished by WED.

Who will I be working with at WED?

Your first meeting with WED will be with one our experienced planners. Each planner specializes in wedding and event planning and will offer a creative alternative to your event. Because each planner brings their unique talents to the table in design, decor, event planning, organizational and appointment planning, it allows the client to visualize how the event will not only meet their needs but surpass their expectations.

How do we begin our working relationship?

Depending on what needs to be accomplished in the beginning stages of the relationship, a meeting will be scheduled to select those items that must take precedence in the planning process. Clear goals are set between both the client and WED to insure that their wedding is a complete success.
